Our team of podiatrists are fully qualified and insured with the HCPC, we are happy to help with any of your foot health issues.

Routine Podiatry

In this appointment we will identify any issues and conduct a full treatment which may include nails cut and filed, removal of corns and callus. We use a state of the art water spray drill to give you the best finish to skin and nails, and each treatment is finished with a high quality moisturising cream being applied. Skin conditions, fungal infections and verruca may also be discussed and a treatment plan developed with you.
* After initial routine appointment, if you decide to re-book, your podiatrist may deem you suitable for a part treatment (reduced cost) if it is just regular nail cutting you require.     £29

Nail Surgery

Ingrowing toe nails can be very painful and we aim to treat these conservatively in clinic. In some cases nail surgery may be necessary because too much damage has already been done or nail shape may increase the risk of further problems. Nail Surgery is conducted under local anaesthetic, when the toe is numb we then remove a narrow piece of nail from the side causing the problem or the whole nail. In most cases we administer a chemical called phenol to the nail bed to prevent regrowth. Your nail is dressed in a sterile dressing and we monitor you for 4-6 weeks to ensure it heals as expected. We also provide you with dressings and instructions for self care at home between appointments.     £250

Diabetic Assessment

Diabetes can damage the sensation in the feet, and affect circulation, causing less blood supply to the feet. Without good blood supply you may have problems with cuts and sores healing. If these problems are not treated they could lead to foot ulcers, infections, and at worst, amputations. Most foot problems can be prevented with good, regular foot care. It’s important to keep an eye on your feet at home, and get a quality foot check with a podiatrist at least once a year.

As part of a diabetic assessment we will take a medical history and ask questions about your feet and how you manage your diabetes. A comprehensive assessment is carried out using various tests, including vascular analysis using a doppler, 128 Htz vibration perception, Neurotip neurological testing, 10g Monofilament neurologocal testing. We will then advise you of any findings from these tests and provide you with advice where appropriate.     £30

Advanced Diabetic Assessment

We also offer an advanced assessment which includes all the above, as well as force plate pressure analysis – this provides detailed information showing how weight is distributed through the feet,. Using this data we can identify any areas under increased pressure and at risk of ulceration, we can then offer advice and solutions to help in offloading these areas and reduce those risks.     £50

Medical Nail Reconstruction

If you are bothered by nails that are damaged, missing or partially missing we have the answer. Wilde Pedique is an ultraviolet cured polymer resin, and is the perfect solution to nails that are thick, fungal, weak, discoloured, deformed, or affected by trauma and damage. You may want to play sports and find it uncomfortable without a nail to protect the toe.

It is a simple, painless process, replacing missing or damaged toenails – improving the overall appearance of your feet. The fungal-resistant resin is layered directly onto the nail bed if no nail is present, to create a new nail, or placed on top of existing or damaged nails. Topical anti-fungal preparations may continue to be used with LCN Wilde-Pedique reconstructed nails and unlike other gels or acrylic nails will not damage the natural nail as it regrows.

Wilde Pedique is a world renowned means of restoring nails partially or completely and because of the elastic properties of the light cured resin, the nail plate feels completely natural. Various shades are available to best match the natural colour of your nails, making in suitable for men and women. Wilde Pedique lasts for 8-10 weeks and may need to be periodically refilled to maintain best effect.     £30

Medical Pedicure

The medical pedicure is a luxury treatment which begins with a full routine podiatry treatment (as above), followed by an essential oils foot rub, using a vitamin rich oil which is rapidly absorbed, containing hand selected pure essential oils including benzoin, bay, chamomile, eucalyptus, frankincense, lavender and myrrh. This is safe for vegans. Prendé warm wax is then applied to the skin using an ultra soft brush, after the wax is removed the treatment is finished off with high quality foot moisturiser.

This treatment increases blood flow, tolerance for pain, relaxes muscles and increases hydration to the skin. Conditions that benefit from this treatment are: chilblains, arthritis, eczema and psoriasis, sore feet, stiff joints, poor circulation, bursitis, inflammation, tendonitis, sports injury, hard skin.     £50
